Nego sve mi se vise cini da je ovo neka prevara,da objasnim.Citao sam na jednom news sajtu da je banka preko koje epassporte posluje u dugovima (nedavno objavljeno) a zatim sam procitao na damegxu da je jedan momak danas zvao Visu International (sto gad da to je) i da su oni rekli kako nisu nista oni blokirali nego bas ta banka preko koje radi epasspore - eh sad,tko tu koga...

I sent Visa an email basically saying WTF. I am surprised to report that they responded in less than 24 hours. As you can all expect the answer is completely useless but at least they responded... I guess!

Visa does not set up, service, or have access to cardholder or merchant accounts. This is done through our client financial institutions (the banks). Each financial institution has its own criteria for issuing Visa cards, interest rates and credit lines.

Please contact the financial institution that issued your Visa product using the address or telephone number on your account statement. This number may also appear on your card. The financial institution can directly address your inquiry.

Kazu da su sad zamrznuli i wailet opciju placanja jer su neki momci pokusali bezuspjesno da dodaju svoje kartice da bi mogli izvrsiti transfer novca nikako nije dobro.:busted

Sta da kazem :busted ... To mi je bio jedini nacin da ''povucem'' pare sa neta u ruke ali sta cu, moram da trazim drugi nacin :( ... Inace zbog ovoga veceras nisam imao ni za cigare :sigh

@Imenik : Eh sad nisam bas siguran da je ona slika bas tacna. Mislim da se napravi takva slika potrebno je manje od 2min. a i kada malo bolje razmislim ko to jos drzi 250 hiljada na nekom online racunu ?

Jos jedan bezobrazan pozet epassporta.Naveo je u mailu kako se novac s walleta moze podic ali su sav novac automatski bez najave i trazenja dozvole prebacili na Visa kartice...

Svjestan sam da moze photoshop raditi ali zasto neko nemoze imati 250.000 pa gdje ce ih drzati ako ne na banci ,a sto se tebe tice jeli neki veci iznos ako jeste sta da kazem zao mi je svakog ko je popusio lovu kao i mene samog jer znam da nisu novci lahko zaradeni.

Pa nije mi ok da neko drzi 250 000$ u nekoj online banci i jos plus da im ima potpuni pristup uz pomoc kartice ali ok kako god.

Ja nisam mnogo lose prosao. Puko sam oko 100$ ali sta da radim ... ako mi vrate to vrate ako ne, nista, guram dalje.

ePassporte: Visa Situation Should be Resolved Next Week

The issue is with Visa and not with its bank, says ePassporte

SANTA MONICA, Calif.—In response to a call from AVN seeking further clarification on the sudden suspension by Visa of the ability by ePassport’s West Indies-based bank—St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank Ltd.—to process Visa transactions, ePassporte’s business account manager called to comment on the situation.

“The problem,” he said, “is not our bank. Our bank is perfectly fine. Everybody’s money is safe. The issue is literally with Visa. Visa functionality is the only thing that’s down, which means eCards and vCards. We are working to resolve the issue and we will have a resolution by next week, but at this point in time we don’t have any more information and we will contact everyone as soon as we do have any update at all.”

When asked about the increasing concern among some ePassporte clients that their money might remain inaccessible for some time to come, leading them to seek alternative means of delivery, he said, “I think the most important thing right now is for people to be patient until we have a solution. I wouldn’t move any [funds] at this point, because by the time you would receive a wire we’ll either have Visa functionality back up or we will have found another solution.

“The problem,” he added, “is that yesterday we were given about an hour’s notice of the situation, so there really wasn’t enough time for us to prepare any sort of documented statements other than the message that came from our CEO and owner, Christopher Mallick.

“There’s nothing to worry about," he stressed. "It’s an issue with Visa, not with our bank. All of our functions outside of Visa are working perfectly. If people’s funds are in their wallets, they can feel free to contact customer service and do a wire disbursement, but if they can wait, that would be my recommendation. I wouldn’t make any hasty decisions. But we’re not going anywhere; there’s nothing wrong with the business. This was an unforeseen issue, and we’re not exactly sure where it came from on Visa’s side.”

Before hanging up, he once again expressed his hope that calm would prevail over the long holiday weekend, after which the company expects that the situation will be quickly resolved.

“There really is nothing to be panicked about,” he said. “We just have to be patient and see what the solution is. All I can say is that if we had been given more notice, we obviously would have been better prepared and would have contacted all of our clients beforehand.”

In the meantime we have learned that several affiliate programs have sent letters to their affiliates notifying them that they are temporarily suspending the use of ePassporte until the Visa issues are resolved, and recommending that people log in to their accounts and change their payment options to either checks or wire transfers.

Imaš opciju da to podesiš...

AVN je izbacio vest da bi ovo sranje trebalo da se reši. Ne valja što je vikend + neki praznik u US. Ti screenovi mogu biti pravi lagano - svako ozbiljniji sponzor mesečno preko Epassa provuče veću sumu kad isplaćuje webmastere.

Ostaje nam samo da čekamo. :)

Nema novih informacija za sad koliko sam video, nemoj da se sekiras, moj
prijatelj bas tog dana ujutru bio do banke i razmisljao da digne pare i odlucio
da ne, posle treskao glavu o zid, tako da ima i gorih od tebe, pozdrav.

Ja mislim da su u pitanju par dana.. Kao sto Christopher Mallick rekao da ce se sve srediti u toku naredne nedelje, zasto onda ne sacekamo da prodje "ta" nedelja? :p

nekako mi se cini da ce sve na sudu zavrsit. ovaj lik sa epassa ne zeli odgovorit na drugom forumu di je zapravo lova. cijela situacija je cudna. koristim epass 4 godine. sad sam sve opet prebacio na cekove. dobio sam danas neki mail od jednog affiliate programa da ce pocet slat lovu na payoneer. zivi bili pa vidjeli. meni je vazno samo da imam pouzdanu karticu. ljepota epassa je bila ta sto mozes na bankomat a mozes ju koristit i kao kreditnu.

"We at ePassporte are as distressed as you, our valued cardholders, over an action that we did not see coming and as of today we still have received no good basis for it.

First, be assured that your funds are fully safe and protected. You are owed that and it will be fulfilled. The funds are secure.

Second, ePassporte is working with the St. Kitts bank to work out how all payments will be made and when. The details are complicated, because there are funds in motion and where and when they settle requires us to all be careful that we fully and properly account for all those funds and their rightful owner. This issue stems from our processing and reporting ability through the Visa system and their processor.

Third, ePassporte's most important asset has always been our account holder's. We are not going to undermine that asset by treating cardholders in any manner other than the best we can.

Most of us have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with banks and card associations that simply "cut us off" and did not pay us. Those actions were limited to card acquiring (merchant accounts), not card issuing, which is what we do. We can all take some comfort in the fact that this situation is not anything like the acquiring side of the business.

We all fully understand that communication to our cardholders is critical. However, it does not help any of us if we are constantly updating you on the basis of the calls that take place almost hourly. It seems to us that giving you facts, based on agreements we are working on is the best form of communication. This is what we will be doing. When we know something, that is a fact, we will report it, quickly. Our staff is all working diligently to resolve these issues and the many moving and complicated parts of getting the funds returned. Therefore, please do not mistake our silence as "hiding", "avoiding" or "stringing you along". We too have funds that are stuck in the system, as well as massive costs of operation without any income.

Rest assured that when we know, you will know and you will all be satisfied with the results. Again, your money is safe.

For those of you that have been in the industry for many years, I hope you will recall that I have a very strong track record of fighting for the rights of webmasters, program sponsors, billing companies, merchants and the industry; that dedication continues.

Ja iskreno nisam vise pametan,neznam sto bi mislio...

Ako to nisu mogli rijesit u tjedan dana onda stvarno neznam sto rec.Nemogu rec da neznaju gdje je problem,moraju znat.Najvise me brine sto Visa govori jedno a epass drugo...

Gotovo sam siguran da ovaj tjedan (do nedelje) problem nece bit rijesen a niti malo se nebi zacudio da ga nerijese niti do kraja sljedeceg tjedna...

Najgore od svega je izgubljena volja za radom...

Ne gubite nadu i volju, prijatelji, to je najgore sto moze da se desi, i da resenje
potraje, resice se kad tad, a ako se i ne resi, sto je malo verovatno, isplivace
drugi nacin za isplatu love, tako da glavu gore i samo napred!

information given below.

Please be informed that as per our records you have xxxxx in your Visa
Virtual Account. Due to Visa International suspending our banking
partner's (St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank) ePassporte Visa
program, these funds cannot be accessed at the moment. However, these
funds are safe and will be returned to you once the concern is resolved.

If you receive any funds and you would like to withdraw them using your
Personal Credit/Debit Card (Visa and MasterCard only), kindly follow the
steps mentioned below to add and verify the card:

1. Log into your ePassporte Account.
2. Click on the "WITHDRAW MONEY" tab on you Welcome Screen.
3. Click on the "PERSONAL CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD" tab.
4. Click on the "ADD A NEW PERSONAL CREDIT/DEBIT CARD" tab.
5. Select the option between Visa and MasterCard, based on your requirement.
6. Enter the details that is requested on the page.
7. Click on "Continue".

Once you have added your Personal Credit or Debit Card the system will
send you a request for certain documents. Here is the document list which
you have to send us for verification.

1) A legible valid copy of your Government Issued Photo ID
2) A copy of your Credit/Debit Card Statement
3) A copy of your Credit/Debit Card (Front) and
4) A copy of your Credit/Debit Card (Back).

Please check for the requested documents in the 'Documents Requests and
History' under 'Upload Document' tool in your ePassporte Account Welcome
Screen. To "Upload Documents" we advise you to follow the steps mentioned
below:

1. Click on the "My Account" tab, near the top of the page, after logging
into your ePassporte Account.
2. Click on "Upload Documents", located on the left-side navigation bar.
This will take you to the document management screen.
3. Gather the necessary documents and scan them into your computer. There
is a size restriction on uploads, so we recommend that scanned files be
saved/submitted as pages, or another compressed format.
4. Select your document file(s) on your computer using the "Browse" button
that you will see associated with each document request.
5. After selecting all of the documents that you wish to submit. Click the
large orange "SUBMIT DOCUMENTS" button at the bottom of the list of
document requests. This will submit selected documents for
review/approval.

Once our Account Verification Department reviews all the requested
documents, you will receive an update regarding your concern within 7-10
business days.

Please note that you will be charged US$5.00 upto US$500.00 withdrawal and
1% of the total amount that you withdraw if the withdrawal amount exceeds
US$500.00. It will take 5 business days to transfer funds from your
ePassporte Account to your Visa Credit/Debit Card Account.
