Na starom accountu na paypalu imam nesto malo para.
Rekli su mi iz paypala da prvo treba da zatvorim stari account da bih mogao da otvorim novi account, al onda kako da posaljem pare sa trenutnog starog racuna na novi ako prvo moram da zatvorim account.
Evo vam sta sam pitao njih na fb, engleski mi nije bas nesto pa nisam sve razumeo.

Alright! I would recommend removing that home address from the current account before trying to add it to the new account you are planning on opening it. If you buy an entirely new card and only attempt to add it to the new account (not the old one) the fact that the physical/billing address is the same as your old account shouldn't raise any issues.

Alright, here's how I would go about this process:
1. Open your new PayPal account with a separate email address.
2. Add the brand new credit card that you bought to the new PayPal account.
3. Send the money from your old PayPal account to your new PayPal account.
4. Remove all of your financials and personal information from the old PayPal account.
5. Close the old PayPal account.
